Users of JAExams services agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of their account credentials • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service • Report any security vulnerabilities or service issues promptly

• Payment for services is required in accordance with the pricing plan selected • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified • We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice • Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAExams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

JAExams reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany. Our services are available worldwide, and by using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Users accessing our services from outside Germany acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

JAExams provides services globally, subject to the following conditions: • All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) • Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable in their jurisdiction • Service availability may vary by region due to technical or regulatory requirements • Support is provided in English, German, and French as our primary language • Data processing complies with GDPR and international data protection standards • Users must ensure their use of our services complies with their local regulations
